Looking forward to next week in Orlando. Hope to see you at this great conference.

I wanted to respond to this follow up with more than just “It’s working fine and running everything we have put on it”.
As of today’s date our Cyber Crimes unit has been running at full speed for 2018. We started with 3 arrests in the first week of January. I’d link you some of them, but they’ve disappeared from the newsfeed. However, we have in total made 5 arrests including 2 sex offenders and we have 3 arrest warrants currently pending. The best way I can express that the new forensic PC is working and doing what we purchased it for is to show that it’s making successful cases and increased our overall productivity. To that end, it’s working great. Thanks for the follow up and the great product.

An email response from a now retired USA CID CW4, reference us taking care of CID a few years back when machines were out of warranty, and funding (Government wide) was a serious issue (wished him a happy birthday via LinkedIn)
“Sir, forgive me for not responding sooner. I’ve been working at a new job, and it’s rather time consuming.
Hope all is well, and wishing you the best. I’ll never forget the help you provided when we needed your assistance with those systems.
Be safe, and thank you again.
We know the importance of what our machines are tasked to do. While we can not always do everything (like ship and fix out of warranty machines), there are times, there are circumstances, and we are proud of what we do to assist the Law Enforcement and Intell communities.

Can you tell me what key to use to enter the BIOS while you’re at it? Either I am not seeing it or it flashes too quick for me to catch. Thanks again. You’re a lifesaver. Loving the machine!
Thanks! I appreciate all the work you put into your product.
